Grand Council Treaty #3 Social Department is looking for a department logo and we want you to design it!

We ask that the logo design reflects the work that the Social Department carries out on a daily basis.

The Social Department works with Grand Council Treaty #3 leadership in advocating for:

  • Advocate for the Anishinaabe Nation in Treaty#3 laws; specifically Abinoojii Inakonigiwin – our childcare law passed in 2005
  • Advocate for funding to support the safety of our youth, women, families living in community and in urban areas
  • Advocacy for funding to end human trafficking and create supports for victims of human trafficking
  • Advocacy for income supports for our vulnerable citizens and families
  • Advocacy and support for the families of MMIWG

The winning logo will go on the Grand Council Treaty#3 website, and be used in Socials promotional/meeting materials.
