Summary
Grand Council Treaty #3 is committed to strengthening business opportunities for women, youth and the LGBTQ2S+ community. Through our work, we would like to host business symposiums to encourage each of these groups to network with peers, professionals and successful business people to build a foundation for careers in business.
Removing Barriers
These groups face many barriers to success including access to capital, and services, lack of financial literacy, lack of education, lack of child care and stigma associated with lifestyle. Grand Council would like to create space for entrepreneurs to succeed, support the work of individuals at the community level and encourage diversity in business.
