Ogichidaa Francis Kavanaugh addressed the Nishnawbe Aski Nation Chiefs in Thunder Bay at their Winter Assembly. Due to the commonalities between the two, Ogichidaa Kavanaugh stressed the importance of working together on shared issues within our respective territories, while maintaining mutual respect and understanding.
