Treaty #3 Anishinaabe Nation coming together to help the homeless!
Grand Council Treaty #3 challenged all Treaty #3 First Nation Communities to fundraise within their community “Bannock Burger Drive Fundraiser” on August 20th to donate towards their local fellowship centre or friendship centre. It was a great turn out and several communities contributed fundraising $23,658.15 all together! Miigwech to everyone for their hard work and coming together for a good cause!
Naotkamegwanning First Nation
The Shawendaasowin CFS team of Naotkamegwanning First Nation fundraised $2,698.25 and rounded it up to $2,700.00. All proceeds were donated to the Kenora Fellowship Center.
