Winners announced for the Youth Photography Story Contest! All winners were picked at random and will be contacted directly. Miigwech to everyone who participated and shared your beautiful photos!

Congratulations to the Draw Winners:
  1. Hailey Kabatay, Seine River First Nation
    Title: Waagoshens
Caption: Today I came across a little fox at Crowrock lake. This fox must live near by the water. He allowed me to get close to him to take this cool photo. I was thinking how amazing the world is to be able to have so many beautiful things in life. These wonderful things wouldn’t be able to exist without the land and water. I am thankful to have the land and water around me.
  2. Ashlea Barker, Migisi Sahgaigan First Nation
    Title: No water, no life.
Caption: Water is the driving force of all nature. Without water, there is no life.
  3. Olivia Allen, Onigaming First Nation
Title: Where there is water, there is life.
Caption: Water is the most important gift for all forms of life. Water is sacred because it’s the blood of Mother Earth.
