Ogichidaa Francis Kavanaugh provided opening remarks at the Southern Chiefs Anishinaabe and Dakota Nations Business and Partnership Forum at Assiniboine Downs Gaming & Event Centre.
The Business and Partnership Forum is for First Nations leaders and mayors and reeves of municipalities across Manitoba. It will provide an opportunity to build understanding, to share best practices and lessons learned, and to work toward establishing mutually-beneficial First Nations-Municipalities Partnerships in this region.
