Join us April 8th to listen in on Dr. Luby’s presentation, which will explore manomin harvesting as a Treaty Right. Luby will argue that Manomin, a keystone crop, was protected by Anishinaabe leaders during the 1873 negotiations and that federal administrators recognized Indigenous aquaculture at the turn of the 20th Century.
